Welcome to 2 Dude Studios (“2 Dude Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us“).

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of our websites, games, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), extended reality (XR) applications, software, online services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services“).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and the requirements of the platform through which you access our Services.

If you are under the age required by applicable law or the platform provider, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using our Services.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. License to Use Our Services

Subject to these Terms, 2 Dude Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes, as applicable.

This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our software except where permitted by law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or services;
  • interfere with the operation or security of our Services;
  • distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code;

  • use our Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes; or
  • use automated tools, bots, or scripts that interfere with the intended operation of the Services.

5. Multiplayer Services

Where multiplayer features are available, you agree to:

  • play fairly;
  • avoid cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating gameplay;
  • avoid disrupting other players’ experiences;
  • refrain from harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior; and
  • comply with any platform-specific multiplayer policies.

We may suspend or terminate access to multiplayer features if these rules are violated.

6. User Content

Some Services may allow you to create usernames, submit feedback, upload content, or otherwise contribute information (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant 2 Dude Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, or supporting the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, source code, artwork, graphics, models, animations, music, audio, trademarks, logos, documentation, and other content, are owned by or licensed to 2 Dude Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including platform providers and networking services.

Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

2 Dude Studios is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.

9. Purchases and Payments

If a Service includes paid features, subscriptions, downloadable content, or in-app purchases, all transactions are processed by the applicable platform provider or payment processor.

Refund eligibility is determined by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made unless otherwise stated.

10. Availability of Services

We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if:

  • these Terms are violated;
  • fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected;
  • continued access could harm the Services or other users; or
  • required by law.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2 Dude Studios disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, error-free, or available without interruption.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2 Dude Studios, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of the Services.

Our total liability arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to 2 Dude Studios for the applicable Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2 Dude Studios from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • your misuse of the Services;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable laws; or
  • your infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Terms of Service for RFQ Form Submission

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this application, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the application.

2. Purpose and Scope of the Application
This application allows users to submit Request for Quote (RFQ) forms, which will be stored in Google Drive and processed using Google Sheets. Your use of the application must align with these purposes and abide by any additional policies associated with Google Cloud services.

3. Access to Google Drive and Google Sheets
Users consent to the application’s access to their Google Drive and Google Sheets to store and manage RFQ data. Access permissions are required to utilize the application’s functionality fully. We adhere to strict data protection protocols to safeguard your information.

4. Data Collection and Use
The application collects personal and business information, such as name, contact information, and RFQ details. Data will only be used to facilitate your request and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

5. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted through this application. Misuse, unauthorized access, or any attempt to disrupt the application’s functionality is prohibited and may lead to suspension of access.

6. Data Security and Confidentiality
We implement security measures to protect stored data in compliance with Google Cloud security standards. However, data transmission over the internet is inherently vulnerable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Modifications to the Application
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the application, with or without notice, including modifications to these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of this application, including data breaches, unauthorized access, or operational issues arising from Google Cloud service dependencies.

Entire Agreement
